Fortepiano is a structured piano education service operating in Bangalore, India. We provide in-home piano lessons to students aged 4 and above through a network of trained teachers.
2. What Data We Collect
When you enquire about or enrol in Fortepiano, we collect:
Parent or guardian name
Phone number
Child's name and age
We do not collect payment card details, government IDs, or sensitive personal data as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We collect data through:
Our website enquiry form at fortepiano.in
Email correspondence to admin@fortepiano.in
WhatsApp messages to our business number
4. Why We Collect It
We use your data solely to:
Respond to enrolment enquiries
Schedule and manage lessons
Send lesson updates and progress communications
Contact you regarding your child's enrolment
We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with any external party except where required by law.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored in secured digital systems accessible only to Fortepiano staff. We retain your data for the duration of your child's enrolment and for up to 12 months thereafter.

Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal or contractual obligations
